Hotel Cielo Rojo strives to provide our guests with the finest local, organic and sustainable experience — from organic cotton sheets and locally made artisanal soaps, to award-winning olive oil, teas, tequila, organic produce and coffee. All of the excellent products we have selected are produced here in Mexico.

Bistro Organico, our garden restaurant, offers a delicious “farm to table” dining experience. Utilizing locally grown, organic, seasonal, sustainable produce sourced from regional farmers, our chef creates vibrant dishes that celebrate the region. The hotel’s evolving selection of local wines, 90% of which are from Mexico, are sourced by our sister company, Sayulita Wine Shop.
